Yep, that's one of the options. Could also import all of your graphics in sepperate PNGs with transparant backgrounds, if you know how to.

Yeah I think I know what you mean, every time (or most times) I import a set of sprites (one PNG) into Flash it'll ask me if I want to import "all" since it's "part of a sequence of images" (if that's what I remember it saying)
