Just reset my computer. Everything erased, did that fix anything? no, no it didn't. I guess my computer is either aging or I somehow internally damaged it. But if my computer is gonna do this nonsense I might as well use whatever pc time I get for animating. my computer already can't play steam games anymore... (it plays them but sometimes in the middle of it, it decides not to)
my computer isn't even a year and a half old yet.
I should also note that it isn't made for gaming but it played GD just fine until recently.
Edit: ok it plays Minecraft just fine but it can't play anything literally steam related.
Edit 2: OBS streaming works alright too.

If I was in your situation I would try to get help from the Steam community, the Steam customer service, and a person running a PC-shop in your area - in that order.
However, whoever you approach will need a lot more information. Be prepared to do a lot of typing.
